Kenworth Reeves, Jr. Founder of TKG Ventures, Cofounder of 13 Stripes Brewery, Managing Partner of Park & Home I've built businesses all my life. It began when I was 10 years old selling comic books on my aunt's front porch. And my desire to build companies has been growing ever since. In my 20s I joined my the family construction business and over the next ten years (on and off) helped grow it into a successful seven figure business. Throughout this time, I launched my first true venture, WPI Entertainment - an Orlando-based entertainment company focused on building brands by curating unique parties and events, creating our own events and festivals, as well as highly selective artist management and talent booking. In 2009, I deep dived into the non-profit space working with international organizations like World Hope, Feeding Children Everywhere, Premier Foundation, Florida Coalition Against Human Trafficking, and others to handle marketing and development. In 2012, I cofounded a company called cleanTEK, a national commercial flooring maintenance and surface solution company with a niche in preventative maintenance. The company was highly focused in working with regional and national commercial property management companies and also in the hospitality space. We were very profitable but due to some internal situations, we recently decided to close the company. In 2013, I launched TKG Ventures, a real estate investment company focused on responsibly acquiring and redeveloping properties in Greenville and Spartanburg Counties, SC. In 2013, I also began working on a side project that would eventually be called 13 Stripes Brewery. After four years, I'm proud to announce we are now open. We're located in the historic Taylors Mill Community in Taylors, SC. Along the way, I've published a successful blog as well as launched several other projects. Sometimes I show up in publications like Greenville Journal, Orlando Weekly, Cornerstone Magazine, Asheville Citizen, Black Box, and others. I love my wife, my five children and my golden retriever more than any of the above.
