Welcome to the Live Your Wildest Life Podcast! In this week's episode, Gabriella interviews Tarra Lee, an Ayurvedic Consultant and Vedic Astrologer. Tarra uses alternative ancient scientific methods to guide and enable soul-led entrepreneurs by giving them the practical tools to develop and leverage their energies for the ultimate unfoldment of their soul's purpose, to make an impact in the world. Through studying Ayurveda, I learnt the power of Vedic astrology and how these sciences are greatly intertwined with each other, and often one of them corroborates and supplements the other. As an Ayurvedic consultant, Astrology helps me as a diagnostic tool in the treatment of disease, as it provides a blueprint for understanding a person's karma, which can greatly help with their ultimate healing. Today I work one on one with clients treating them holistically and individually. I weave dietary and lifestyle interventions, Vedic counselling, body-work therapies and herbal medicine to bring about positive change. I am passionate about educating, supporting and inspiring others to foster ultimate longevity and empowering them to be their own healer.
